We accept your booking in good faith and being a small property we have the following policy in the event of cancellation.

The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received 10 days prior to arrival date, or if later, only if we are able to resell the room. After arrival 24hrs notice to cancel any remaining part of your reservation is required or in lieu of notice a fee equivalent to one nights tariff will be charged
